Ingredients
Crust
- 6 tbsp butter melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 16 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 F degrees. Line a 9x9 sprayed/greased baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a bowl mix melted butter, cinnamon, sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press evenly. Bake for 10 minutes.
- While crust is baking make cream cheese mixture. Add cream cheese, sugar, eggs and salt to a mixing bowl. Beat for at least 5 minutes or until smooth.
- In a medium bowl mix apple with sugar and cinnamon. Gently fold apples into cheesecake mixture. Pour cream cheese filling over crust in the baking pan. Level with a spatula.
- Bake for an hour or until filling is set. Let cheesecake cool before slicing into it. Once cake is cooled slice it into squares.
