Ingredients
Crust
  • 6tbsp butter melted
  • 2cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3tbsp sugar
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
Apples
  • 2 large apples peeled, cored and sliced small in pieces
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 3tbsp sugar

  • 3tbsp sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 F degrees. Line a 9×9 sprayed/greased baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl mix melted butter, cinnamon, sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press evenly. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. While crust is baking make cream cheese mixture. Add cream cheese, sugar, eggs and salt to a mixing bowl. Beat for at least 5 minutes or until smooth.
  4. In a medium bowl mix apple with sugar and cinnamon. Gently fold apples into cheesecake mixture. Pour cream cheese filling over crust in the baking pan. Level with a spatula.
  5. Bake for an hour or until filling is set. Let cheesecake cool before slicing into it. Once cake is cooled slice it into squares.
