- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 mango peeled and julienned
- 3 cups green cabbage finely shredded
- 1 carrot julienned
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
To Make the Patties
- Preheat a pan to medium high. Mix the turkey, jerk seasoning, apple, 1/4 cup scallions and the panko in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Form into 1-inch-thick balls and flatten into tiny sliders. Make a small indentation in the middle of each with your thumb to prevent it from puffing up during the cooking process.
- Brush the pan with canola oil. Grill the turkey patties until browned and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.
To Make the Slaw
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mango cabbage, carrot and the remaining green onion. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
