- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Glaze
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon milk to thin into glaze consistency

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
For the Glaze
- Mix sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Slowly stir in milk to create a drizzle-able glaze. Drizzle over waffle cookies and top with more cinnamon. Serve.
